Step 1: Log into Your Binance Account
First, you need to log in to your Binance account. Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard.
Step 2: Generate New API Key
From the account dashboard, find the API management section. This is usually under "Settings." Here, you can create a new API key.
Step 3: Configure API Settings
While creating the API key, you will be asked to configure the settings. Usually, you will need to enable 'read' and 'trade' permissions, while ensuring 'withdraw' permission is disabled for security reasons.
Step 4: Save Your API Key and Secret Key
Once the API key is generated, you will also be shown a 'secret' key. Make sure to save both the API key and the secret key in a secure place. These keys should not be shared with anyone.
Step 5: Log into Your Botmoon Account
Now, switch over to Botmoon and log in to your account.
Step 6: Navigate to API Settings
In the Botmoon dashboard, find the API settings section. This is usually under "Account" or "Settings."
Step 7: Enter Your Binance API Key and Secret Key
In the API settings, you will be asked to enter the API key and secret key that you generated on Binance. Copy and paste the keys from Binance to the corresponding fields on Botmoon.
Step 8: Save and Verify Your API Connection
Once you've entered the keys, save your changes. Botmoon should automatically verify the connection to your Binance account. If successful, you are now ready to start using Botmoon to trade on Binance.
